I was in the audience of a talk in Sedona. The speaker, a Buddhist monk, was asked about a vegan diet. He told the audience that he would prefer humans not eat animals, but if they do remember to pray for the animal. Then he said, “Eat animals in this lifetime. They will eat you in the next.” You have illustrated beautifully with your choice of words, facts and energy that “mindful eating” is loving and correlates to happiness. Thank you for having the courage to shine light on a sensitive issue. Namaste
