Unfurl

It’s a little hard to put down in writing what the Unfurl process is like. But if you are curious about the intersection between coaching, mindfulness and shamanic healing, here are some unsolicited words that showed up recently from a beautiful lady who did Unfurl with me last summer: 

“Your guidance last summer changed my life!  I’ve become more connected to the self that got lost along the way of life, due to culture or our human condition. I am back in touch with nature and the playfulness that can be created there. I am also okay with just being. Knowing that I am exactly where I’m supposed to be.
